Friends of FESTILITT,

As a prelude to the festival, FESTILITT invites you to take part in a Safari Gourmand on Sunday, 7 September 2025.

The Safari Gourmand is better than a restaurant! It’s an original and very convivial tasting experience that takes place in three different locations, one for each course. French or British hosts (who speak French) welcome you into their homes in the nearby area around Parisot. You’ll enjoy the starter at the first house, the main course at the second, and dessert at the third (with a maximum of six guests per table). Afterwards, everyone gathers in the village of Parisot for a coffee. All hosts are volunteers, and all proceeds from the Safari go directly to the Festilitt association, supporting this free and open literary festival. The cost is €25 per person for the full meal, including wine and coffee.
